They got a truffle sandwich - the LE “SANDWICH” TIEDE A LA TRUFFE FRAÎCHE - in their repertoir, which is aged two days prior to it being grilled and brought to your table. The recipe is bread, salted butter and thinly sliced truffles. Worthy food for that champagne breakfast.
